This is our annual club BBQ.   This is a good chance for all new members's to meet the rest of the club and have a great time too.   If you're planning on attending, please let Leslie Romano or Lynda Keevil know as soon as possible so that they can plan the meal.   It takes a lot of effort to plan the BBQ, so let's make sure that there is enough food and goodies for all who plan on attending.   Directions to the BBQ will be provided shortly.

Finally, a road trip without rain.   We cruised down to Coleman's Lake for our September meeting (7 cars).   The drive was fun and the food was considerably better than the previous month at McKinney's Pond.   For those who ordered 'gator' appetizers, it was the little brother of the one we saw in the lake, and yes…..he's looking for y'all.

No new members this month.

I have placed the order for the club shirts and hats.   I ordered a few extra in case someone needs another shirt.

Please visit the discussion forum on our club web site.   Show your club spirit by participating in discussions or starting your own new discussions.   As the season is ending, what better way to help keep the enthusiasm alive.   It only takes few minutes of time each day and the payback will be tremendous.

Lynda and Leslie will start planning the Christmas party, shortly. Lynda has reserved the clubhouse at Springlakes on Columbia Rd. for the event.

The office of Vice President and Governor will be up for election this year.   If you are going to be interested in running for one of these club offices, please be sure to review what your duties will be in the Club Bylaws currently available on the club web site.   These are important positions to the club!

This is the rain date for the Cruise In originally scheduled in September. As usual, we will depart from the Super Kroger's on Washington Rd, Evans. Departure time will be 4 PM.

19 October 2002 - Road Angel's Fall Show - The Pumpkin Run.
