I have been screwing around with my tire guy for almost 3 weeks and here is how it finally shook out.
First choice... new american vectors.... dont make the correct offset anymore
Second choice... american butterflys... the new style is a painted wheel (centers) and comes from american's custom shop... long wait and large dollars.
Third choice... Crager S/S with thier 3 pronged spinner. Thats what was on my 69 back in 89 when I got it.
These had to have spacers, as did the old ones on the 69 to clear the calipers.
255/60/15 BFG Radial T/As
Going kinda period piece with this car... built in the 70s. I want that look.
Now on to the engine problem...(may wait until after the holidays)

Well, those SS's are definately one of the most popular wheels ever made, especially back then. I think 90% of all hot rods back then had them. I used to race a 67' SS/RS Camaro back in the 80's. It was black with the same wheels on it. Looked pretty bad-ass. I like the Cragar Street Stars personally. That's what is on my7 camaro now. Just a little more racy looking I think. Looking good though. I could look at your car all day, and not get bored.

Thanks for the comments.
I will remove them again to paint under the wheelwells, paint the calipers etc, but for now, I just wanted to see how they looked.
Maybe start on the engine removal this weekend.

Lookin' Good!!! The wheels give the car a hint of "Old School", and because it is a wagon, the wheels bring the "period" back to life. Great choice! Give us the scoop on what's in store for the engine, etc. Need more...:P

Last words in fatal accidents for 49 of 50 states are "Oh Sh*t!" Final words in Wisconsin are "Hold my beer, I'm gonna try somethin'..."

My alltime favorite also.I was told the 17's would fit without spacers, but don't know for sure.My car had a set on them "back in the day" but came with spacers with the ralley rims and am trying to come up with a way around using them. They really look nice on your car.I've still got a set that need chrome.I'll let s.e. chrome decide if I can use them or not.
