Nice looking car. The front kinda resembles my 73, but you know what they say, "They all look alike to me!"
Maybe Robert will join in on some postings.

Can anyone give me some info about Bohannan front ends. Are they still in business? I think my car orginally came from Texas and thought that may have been where it was converted.

Still in business... still make the kits as well as offering the option of them doing the car for you. Their number is here in several messages... at some point I'll make a "Vendor" page for them & Motion.

Thanks David, I've been side tracked for a week or two, I drove my 68 to Santa Barbara the other day to get new plates and on the way back my 454 developed one hell of a racket. No smoke, no miss, good oil pressure, not hot, just a lot of racket. Kind of sounded like there was a ball of sheet metal flying around in the oil pan. I pulled the pan and a couple of mains, but nothing unusual. Next is pull the tranny then the heads. Stay tuned.

While looking at the pictures for this car today, I realized that the back window has the "Phase III GT" treatment. Doesn't have the right tail lights though...

I don't believe all the Phase III Gt's had the slat brake lights, I've
seen some with normal Corvette C3 brake lights.
Most commonly you find them with the slated lights though but, you are
right about the back window.

The hood is definately different. I wonder if the gills were added after of part of the mold??. The funny thing is that if you look closely at the motor shot, you can see the stick holding the hood up. This must be a factory option, cause alot of them have it. Check of the 2x2 on the option sheet please!! Nice ride. Looks like the rear is all factory except the flares + louvers.

Look REAL close. The rear window appears to be stock with the old Ecklers rear window louver treatment done. I had a set just like that on a 70 back in about 77 or so. Looks neat and adds the fastback look. Could be totally wrong, I have been many times before.
