1979? Duntov Turbo

I always thought that they were 1980 models....
And White with red interior.....

DUNTOV was still at GM in 79, Im not positive but im pretty sure Duntov were produced in 83 after he left GM in 82.

One bid at 25k and not met the reserve.

They weren't all white. I think Vette Vues did an article about two that were painted in college colors. But if I'm getting this right, the cars were made out of 80-82's in 83 or later? That would be the only way to explain the late serial number of this '79. If anybody knows more, please tell.

The best i remember, Mr. Duntov used only brand new cars , ACI made some Replicas but they were NOT the real Duntov.

nothing about this convinces me this is a 79. especially the front fenders and the 80 crossed flags. When I had these lights I contacted ACI and the current personnel there didnt have a clue.
