Last night, Craig and I ran the red shark. We ran it for about 45 minutes. Heres what we found.
It never got over 180 degrees, no smoking, knocking, etc.
Has some cam, but not enough to make it unstreetable. Responded quick.
After it got up to temp, it held 25 to 30 psi of oil at idle.
This was with junk plugs and wires.
The only thing negative was that the radiator has several small leaks, but I have spares.
Now, I have to decide if I put my spare 454 in its place.
It is going to cost me any way I go, but its hard to resist more cubic inches. Anybody want to buy a good running small block?

Awesome!

Keep the cost low and maybe you can sell it to John's son.
