I don't believe that to be legit shipping charges,
just over inflated for further monetary gain.

A person with zero feedback should know better
than to create an auction with no photos of the
real product.

I believe this person had bad feedback from before,
created a new account and is continuing their bad
ebay practices of price gouging.

Then again, I could be wrong.

We have members here that has purchased or sold
these in the past. What was the shipping on these?

I just shipped my single orange one to Canada for $30. He bought it for $50 and is complaining. I told him I'd buy it back if he wasn't happy. Damn Canadians.

I just got an email stating they are the moonroofs in the original box as the dealer gets them.Primed and ready to paint the color of the car.She is geting a picture up soon.

No pix, didn't sell, what a surprise. Any of you guys looking for these should be sending messages to the seller for a side deal to get these. /:\

I don't know about that!

No feedback, shipping is way over charged
and the PayPal protection was only for
$200 and this was $1000, being asked for.

This person is likely to be fishing for
people to rip off and never send item, if
they even have it and or just price gouge.

Either way, I doubt they'd come down any at
all considering what the asking price was.

It's possible though, just not with in my
froogle price range.

I was about to ask if I could purchase them but I see that
somebody else has beaten me to the punch.

Their already spoken for. :(

And this was perfect for me because they were affordable.

Thanks for posting.

Ended with zero bids.

They need to drop the price and offer cheaper
shipping if they ever have a hope of selling
this set.

I'm not doubting their value just the sellers ebay history.

If the Seller had at least one hundred previous
successful auctions this most likely would have already
been sold and without the need for an item re-list.

Relisted at $900 and $100 shipping. A few more weeks and they'll be where they need to be.

Hello everyone, I just found this website today while searching on Corvette Summer stuff. Doesn’t seem like there is much activity right now. Most Corvette sites don't like to talk about this car but it appears to be ok here?

Anyway, I plan to build this car and have almost all of the parts except the donor car. The moon roofs you mention here I now own. I bought these from the eBay seller and they are exactly as mentioned in the ad and look exactly like the picture posted here. They appear to have never been used, and are indeed in the original packaging, but the rubber seals are dried out from age.

I understood these were rare but are they really that rare? I have two sets and considered getting rid of the other since I found these. My other set has a rock chip but I intended to keep them as a back up.

What's the group's opinion?

NOS parts are very rare, always bring big money especially if they have the original packaging.

Hey Greg and welcome to the site.
Those tops are rare in the fact that good ones are hard to find.
I have a couple of extra sets myself. the problem with most moonroofs is the delamination of the glass around the edges.
I am glad you got a set.
As far as the site goes, we do have some activity, but a lot less that most other corvette sites.
We do love custom corvettes here, thats what sets us apart from most other sites. You will see a wide variety of cars here, but mostly c3 bodys.
Good luck on your Corvette Summer project and post often, we love to hear of any custom corvetters out there.

Doesn't look like there is much activity on this website anymore. Is there?

I will send an email to the webmaster to see about selling my Corvette Summer parts.

Thanks,

Greg
